July 21st: 9:00 - 6:00, Elementary Registration for 2009 - 2010 school year. Please bring the following documents and information to registration:

Certificate of Immunization Form #3231
Certificate of Eye, Ear & Dental Exam Form #3300
Certified Birth Certificate from the State Bureau of Vital Statistics
Student's Social Security Card
Proof of Custody if the child does not live with both natural parents
Two Proof of Residency in school attendance zone
Names & Phone numbers of persons who may pick up your child

Parents,

CRCT Individual Student Score Reports will be available for you to pick up at our school on Tuesday - Thursday, June 9 - 11, 2009 from 8 AM to 4 PM. Any reports not picked up between June 9 - 11 will be distributed at the beginning of the 2009 - 2010 school year.

If you have any questions concerning distribution of score reports, please contact our school at 770-975-7172.

Cobb County School District GREENER SUMMER: To conserve energy and taxpayer dollars, Cobb County schools will adopt a 4-day summer schedule effective Monday, June 1 - Friday, July 24. Schools are open Monday-Thursday. Schools closed on Fridays.
