Joining the Pickett’s Mill Elementary School PTA is a simple way to help your child and school succeed. The PTA helps parents, students, school staff, and our community work together to share ideas and supports programs and activities that benefit our children. The PTA has three main functions: to provide activities, services, and funding for the school. This has resulted in such programs as our annual Science Fair, Reflections Art Contest, and Hearing and Vision checks. We also provide programs such as Teacher Appreciation and Red Ribbon week. We are especially proud of our ability to provide the funding for our Science Lab and laptop computer cart as well as our online student resources such as First in Math and Brain Pop.
