Hope everyone enjoyed their Thanksgiving holiday last week. My family sure did and it was nice to spend time hanging with the people I love!!!
This week, we will incorporate some strength, agility and manipulative skill stations throughout the gym for the first part of the week and move to large group games Battleship the second half. Look for some climbing wall, pull-up/flexed arm hang, cup stacking, shuttle run, scooper throwing/catching, beach-ball volleying, hockey shooting and jump rope action for the stations. Battleship is an AWESOME game where the students will protect their pins sitting beside a mat while their scuba divers retrieve balls to SINK other Battleships!!! We will also throw in some Go Noodle cardio warm-ups preceding our activity just for FUN!!!
